Description: This information sheet has been written following change in 2006 to Schedule 2, Civil Procedure Regulation 2005. The change in Regulation has caused a fundamental change in the way the Sheriff's Office will enforce process and charge for enforcement operations. The information sheet is provided to inform creditors/plaintiffs of the changes. To best use the resources of the Sheriff, creditors/plaintiffs are requested to provide any information that may assist us to finalise the process at the first attempt.

Description: The Notice of Inclusion on a jury roll is the first letter you will receive from the Sheriff's Office in relation to jury service. The notice is to let you know that you are on a jury roll for a period of 12months. During this period you may receive a Summons. At this stage, you can apply to be removed from the jury roll if you meet one or more of the catagories listed on the back of the notice. Failure to Attend form

This form gives you an opportunity to explain in writing why you did not attend jury service (Part A). Please include any supporting documents. You may also elect to have the matter heard by a Magistrate at your local court (Part B).
